One of the most powerful databases in the industry. The Address Book is very comfortable and easy to use. AtoZ Business Builder auto-posts contacts with customers into their history page. Post to-dos and appointments right from the contact's record and stay in the record. When that day comes on the planner, click beside the entry and return automatically to the contact's record. E-mail and mass e-mail from the contact’s record. Stay in touch with postcards in the Tools module. Create your own contact types and categorize contacts using your own labels and methods. Find your contacts in the Find Screen using any field or combination of fields, or use the easy alpha tabs that work on last name or by company. Gather diverse groups with a single button click and group them together for calling or mailing. Mass mailing is done with three button clicks and each letter may be individually changed, if desired, before printing all. Mass faxes may be prepared in the same manner. Labels or envelopes may be generated at the same time. Mass calling is done by scrolling between contacts on the History page and entering notes of your conversation as you hold it. The General Notes field shows, giving you the advantage of viewing notes on the contact as you speak. The Mailing module comes with a few pre-loaded letters and holds as many as you care to create. Once you have created a contact type, a Letter Menu of the same name is automatically created and will appear with the letters you have entered into it whenever a contact of the same type is selected for mailing. Or change menus, and send a letter from another Letter Menu. Letter Menus display letter titles and the first line in the letter.

Handy Reports will tell you which contacts you haven't contacted in over 30 days, and allow easy print-out of all or selected contacts.

AtoZ Business Builder is available as a networked version at additional cost, and can be customized to be accessible over the internet.
