Design:

Floor Schedule is designed for the real estate office but can handle any scheduling that involves up to eight time shifts and up to 16 people per day for each site. You may enter up to nine sites, and the program will insure that no one has a scheduling conflict.

Scheduling process:

Floor Schedule uses random ordering and in depth logic to create the fairest possible schedule for all agents. It takes into account both the day, the time of day and spacing to give all agents equal and fair access to all shifts. You may customize a schedule before generating it by entering the shifts that you do NOT want a particular agent to be scheduled [See Agent Information].

To Run:

After you install the program double click on the Clock Icon on your desktop labeled 'Floor Schedule 2002'.

Finding help:

Take a moment to try the examples under the examples menu. When selected, a new schedule is generated. You may also continue to generate new schedules using the selected example by pressing the generate button. Each generated schedule is unique. Use the example that most closely matches your own office, edit it and then save it as your default.
