Available at our Web site around the clock, BLUMBERG FORMS Online are a cinch to use. Unlike other Web forms where the printed form must be filled in by hand or typewriter, BLUMBERG FORMS Online are interactive and are thus complete when printed. Since the boilerplate and spacing cannot be changed, the online forms maintain the graphic appearance of Blumberg paper forms, on which boilerplate lawyers, opposing parties, judges, clerks and business people have come to rely.
Leases, contracts of sale, deeds, mortgages, assignments, UCC financing statements, etc.; over 200 forms are available for national and state specific (NY, NJ, CT and PA) use.
Riders can also be prepared online. Large amounts of copy that will not fit in a field can be cross-referenced to the rider. It even allows simultaneous e-mailing of the form with a message to clients, opposing attorneys, recording offices or others for filing.
With every draft or final print, the buyer is sent an e-mail with a .pdf file of the form template and an .fdf file of the variable, filled-in data. The e-mailed files can then be revised off-line. The .fdf file can be used to fill in the fields of other forms at the site. This feature is handy when preparing separate powers of attorney for husband and wife, for example, or leases of several apartments for different tenants, or captions on different forms in a single case.
Every filled-in form is protected by password security. The website maintains the file for thirty days from the date of the last revision. After that, the user can work on the .pdf and .fdf files. These become the archival copies of the form. Clicking on the URL given in the e-mail record retrieves the form, allowing the buyer to work on it for another 30 days.
