Description:
AccuDraw is a stand-alone but network compatible construction loan monitoring and disbursement software application that provides a lender with the ability to process construction disbursements (in-house) and link (at their discretion) via the Internet to selected Builders and Inspectors.

Builder (can) input budgets and draw request...no double entry, no additional typing...every contact and budget is saved and many fields have an “auto-fill” capability.

Credit Control is provided by actual and projected variance analysis for each draw, audit trail for each draw...each change order...each e-mail, inspectors (can) input their observations without processor re-inputting same data, lien waiver tracking and accounting feature.
