The Cogent PipelineQC System is designed to monitor, analyze and report on loan production activities on a pre-funding basis, allowing lenders to control individual loan quality before funds are committed.

Now you can enable field branches and regional offices to monitor and improve loan quality at the source, saving time and money and reducing the burden on your quality control department. The result is a more streamlined quality control process and higher quality originations.

Modules available for the PipelineQC System include:

* Fraud review
* General pre-funding review
* EDI links (to third party appraisal or fraud check vendors)

Based on Cogent’s flagship ProductionQC system, the PipelineQC System incorporates all the standard features of the ProductionQC System and adds the following functionality:

* Import daily production pipeline data

* Instantly generate interactive response/feedback forms for completion and return by field offices

* Automatically generate e-mail notification of conditions or restrictions required to close individual loans

* Create multiple watch lists (e.g., broker) and target sampling by watch list

* Deploy system on a centralized or distributed (remote) basis
