Entech Rental Management Software is designed for companies specializing in short-term and seasonal vacation rentals of individually-owned homes and condos.

It includes the capability to book reservations, print confirmations and track advance deposits. It provides hotel-like front-desk procedures to check guests in and out, as well as to record guest payments.

Owner accounting provides distribution of commission income to management and rental income to owners. Checks can be printed for security deposit refunds, owners and payables.
