Description: Agent Business Builder is a full-featured contact management/sales tools program designed to keep an agent in touch with all contacts, including buyers, sellers, in escrow clients, closed clients, service providers, other agents, etc. The address book is interactive with the planner/calendar. Important date tracking, e-mail from the contact's record and an automated posting of calls, e-mails, mailings, appointments and "to dos" to the history page when completed are featured. A full letter-writer stores all letters when written and makes mass mailings a breeze.
A solution for a real estate salesperson's daily needs. The database is very user-friendly, yet one of the most powerful databases in the industry. The whole program is button-driven and so easy to use, the user can put data in and start using it the first day. It's easy to pull up a group and add an entirely different group to that one and keep going until you have several groups together for mailing or calling. Or mark desired contacts and pull up marked records with one button click.
The program is interactive, so an appointment or "to-do" can be posted from the contact's record and the posted item goes onto the calendar and into the planner, and you're still in the contact's record. When that day comes and the item appears in the planner, a click by the entry returns you to the contact's record. Automatic posting into the contact's history page occurs when mailing, calling, posting events and so on. Import your picture to show on letters and flyers.
The Sales Tools module includes nine layouts for flyers, postcards,and telemarketing scripts. Property Profiles store information and attach it to the contact's record whether a buyer (buyer info) and/or a seller (property and listing info). Escrow Tracking helps you stay current with contingencies and escrow information, and you can post contingency items directly to the escrow portion of the planner automatically.
The Mailing module comes with more than 116 pre-loaded letters and allows the easiest mass mailing you've ever done. You can easily mass-print faxes, labels and letters, while making individual changes to each letter, if desired, before printing. You don't have to re-gather your group to make labels or envelopes--it can be done in one screen with your letter. The Mailing module comes with pre-loaded letters per contact type and holds as many as you care to create. Letters are modifiable on a temporary or permanent basis. A Letter Menu of the same name will automatically appear with the letters you have in it whenever a contact of the same type is selected for mailing. Or change menus, and send a letter from another Letter Menu. Letter Menus display letter titles and the first line in the letter.
Handy Reports will tell you which contacts you haven't contacted in 30 days, allow easy print-out of all or selected contacts, give Open Listing information, and much more.
The Money module helps track income and expenses, and provides reports. Referral Tracking will help you to be paid on those referrals which previously went into a folder and were forgotten. An amortization schedule and Buy vs. Rent Analysis are sales tools to help close buyers.
This program will handle almost all of your needs as a real estate professional in dealing with your customers and keeping track of your business.
