THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made between you ("User") and NetReal.net Solutions ("NetReal").

1. Grant of License.

NetReal Media grants to the User, the Licensed real estate agent, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its proprietary software modules ("Software"). The User may not use the Software for any use prohibited by law.

2. Intellectual Property Protection.

Software is intellectual property of NetReal.net. This Agreement does not give User any intellectual property rights in the Software. The User agrees not to make any attempt to discover or obtain the source code for the Software.

3. Limited Warranty.

The User's exclusive remedy, and NetReal Media's only obligation under any law shall be to repair or replace the Software in a reasonable period of time. This is a limited warranty and the only warranty made by NetReal.net and its agents.

4. Limitation of Liability.

Under no circumstances, shall NetReal Media be liable for any damages. NetReal Media shall be held harmless for losses that occur relating to the use of the Software.

5. Privacy.

NetReal Media undertakes to ensure that our privacy policy is adhered too. NetReal Media only uses information in ways necessary to provide the NetReal Media software solutions and services to User.

6. Use of Information.

User grants a license to NetReal Media to use non-personal data that resides on the NetReal Media system in ways necessary to deliver the NetReal Media solution.

7. Recurring payments & reinstallment fee.

The recurring payments are notified to the Netreal clients every month by two emails sent with 10 and 5 days before the payment date.
In case the recurring payment is not successfully processed at the payment date the Netreal client will be notified of his/her status after 1, 10, 15, 25 and 31 days (after the payment date). So in case the payment is not processed after 15 days the client's account will be downgraded to a "no-subscription" status but the client's website will remain accessible to his/her own visitors with no restrictions. In case the payment is still incomplete after 31 days from the payment date the client website will be suspended and after that moment if the client wants to renew or purchase another Netreal package he/she will have to pay a reinstallment fee of $25.

8. Termination.

The user may cancel his/her account at any time with 14 days notice in writing only to support@netreal.net. User's license is terminated if the User violates this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must destroy all copies of the Software and related documentation. Sections 2, 3 and 4 of this Agreement shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Monthly Renewing Subscriptions
Monthly Renewing Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly renewing membership with 14 days notice in writing only to support@netreal.net. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

Annual Non-Renewing Subscriptions
Annual non-renewing subscriptions may be cancelled within thirty (30) days of initial registration and the amount paid for this subscription will be refunded, except the first month fee and the initial setup fee, if the case.. NetReal.net will terminate the membership at the time of refund.

9. General Provisions.

This Agreement is the entire agreement between User and NetReal.net and supersedes prior agreements. If any part of this Agreement is found to be void, unenforceable or invalid, it shall not affect the other parts of this Agreement.

10. Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

11. Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 120 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.
