Dear clients,
We have put at your disposal a searchable knowledge base organized in several categories, as well as a series of visual tutorials.
You can access it by clicking on the Browse Knowledgebase link from the left-side menu. Choose the category and look through our answered questions to find the information you need. You also have the option to search the database. Use the "Knowledgebase" box on the right of the page by typing in your question, then pressing the "Go" button.
You will be taken to a page containing a series of articles which relate to your query. If you cannot find an answer, you can refine your search by using keywords (you can find "The Keyword Search" bar on the new page containing the results to your query).
If you cannot find what you're looking for in the Knowledgebase, then open a ticket.
You do not need to be logged in to access this feature.
There are two ways to use/access the support ticket feature:
1. by clicking on the "Open a Ticket" link from the left menu of the "Support" page;
2. by sending an email with the questions you might have at support@netreal.net
Either way, by using our new support ticket you will be able to check the current status of your ticket, interact with our Support Department and track your tickets through our system (the last feature - "My Ticket History" - requires logging in to your Support Account).
Important: Even if you have a NetReal account, you need to open a Support account in order to track your tickets. You will get the answer to your request both in your email and on the "My Ticket History" page.
